Facilities Planning Coordinator

Purpose: A prominent firm is looking for a Facilities Planning Coordinator who will be part of the Resources team, supporting the Space Planning staff. This person will assist in the layout and coordination of office space for new hires for an extremely fast paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
-Coordinate with Space Planning staff
-Maintain space planning and I.T. databases with updated employee locations
-Update building plans
-Accommodate various space planning requests
-Verifications of office space

Job Qualifications:
-High school diploma or AA degree
-Excellent customer service skills
-Prior experience in a corporate environment
-Knowledge of MS Office
-Team Player
-Knowledge of AutoCAD a huge plus but not required
-Must be able to pass a drug and background check

Classification:
Contract-to-Hire

Compensation:
19-20 Hour
