FACILITIES MANAGER


RESPONSIBILITIES
·Responsible for the facilities budget management.

·Responsible for a wide variety of maintenance operations including
equipment installation, facilities equipment repair and preventive maintenance.

·Participate in safety committee activities to reduce work-related
accidents.

·Maintenance functions including building, grounds, electrical, air-
conditioning and mechanical systems.

·Manage janitorial and cleaning staff.

·Responsible for the employment, training, employee motivation and
discipline of assigned employees.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
·High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
·4 years of maintenance experience, broad knowledge of electrical and
mechanical maintenance activities.
·Good written/verbal communication, organizational and interpersonal
skills.

REQUIRED TRAINING:
Safety, Quality, Company Policies, CA/OSHA Compliance and Company Product
Knowledge
REQUIREMENTS
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
Responsible for the planning, coordination and direction of all maintenance
operations performed in the company facility, including installation of
equipment, preventive maintenance and repair work.
