Facilities Manager

We are in need of a knowledgeable, skilled Facilities Manager to oversee and administer general maintenance and upkeep of buildings and grounds for our 30 acre dealership.
REQUIREMENTS
The preferred candidate will have at least 3 years experience in a comparable position. Position has full responsibility for all aspects of the dealership grounds, buildings and adjacent areas. Will supervise maintenance staff, administer support contracts, and prepare/maintain records, files and reports as needed. Areas of emphasis will be grounds maintenance and improvements, security, refuse and janitorial administration and contracts, safety presentations, and assist with dealership special events as needed.
