Facilities Management Engineer

Purpose: Qualifications: - CFM (Certified Facility Manager), IFMA, RICS or Degree in Mechanical, Structural or Architectural required
-Review and assess facilities life cycle
-Create report and recommendations on labor needs, O&M (Operations and Maintenance) plans and technology implementation.
-Asses inventories, CMMS (Computerized maintenance management Software) implementations, facility evaluations and capital expenditure forecasting.
-Previous experience managing a facility
-Strong technical and communications skills required
-Client maintenance

Travel:
Mainly in the Fairfax office, however they will travel to client sites in DC. Monthly travel around the country.Classification:Contract-to-HireCompensation:
