Facilities Maintenance Manager The individual will be responsible for managing the maintainence departmart. Coordinate repair of physical structures and grounds while scheduling and directing routine maintenance/repairs. Provide support to the mfg, and maintain ancillary support equipment. Plans, budgets and schedules facilties modifications and cost estimates. HS Diploma or equiv. 5+ years exp with commercial/industrial maintenance. Must have Electrical/construction bkgd. Prior supervisory exp required. 5 years of working with boiler, plumbing, gas pressure and high pressure air. Working knowledge of Federal, State & local building codes.
