Facilities Maintenance Aide

Status/Schedule: Status: Part Time Shift: Evening Average Weekly Hours: 32 hrs/ wkShift(s): No on-call Duty required. Every other weekend required. 2:30p.m. - 10:30p.m.Salary: Minimum:$8.66Maximum:$9.53 The above hiring range reflects the minimum and maximum hourly rate for which any individual will be hired in this position. The initial wage offered will be based on qualifications and experience.Job Description:Essential functions for Facilities Maintenance Aide includes but is not limited to unplugging a toilet, changing light bulbs, changing temperature on computer for rooms, dust mopping, washing halls with auto scrubber, waxing the floors, picking up trash, or linen in the operating rooms. Picking up, boxing and transporting bio-hazardous material to Cobblestone. Salt and shovel morgue ramp, main hospital, and emergency room entrances. Breaking down and compressing of cardboard and assisting with the Precaution Units-cleaning of room.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: High school graduate is preferred.Experience: Institutional cleaning experience is preferred.License Required: Current license to operate a motor vehicle with a good driving record required.Grade: S-9
