We are currently recruiting for a full-time Facilities Coordinator for a very well-known Behavioral Health Agency.

The Facilities Coordinator position reports to the Network Systems/Facilities Manager. This position supports all agency facilities with maintenance and building improvement requests, works with landlords to oversee leases and will coordinate all moves within the organization. The position tracks the covenants of the agency’s various leases and develops procedures to ensure the agency’s compliance. The position also establishes facilities policies and procedures as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
* Requires travel in and around the Phoenix area (mileage reimbursement will be given)
* Must have previous experience working in facilities or maintenance
