We are currently seeking a Facility Manager to join our Accounts Management Group located in Newton, IA.

FACILITY MANAGER - Newton, IA

Responsibilities:
Understand the operational and technical requirements of the site
Provide reporting data and execute all JLL and Whirlpool audits and KPI/CPI metrics (JLL Ops/Mgmt, CSA, HS&E, IC)
Interact on a regular basis with appropriate Client and/or Site Manager/contacts to discuss service delivery and forward planning
Ensure that current contracts are managed and maintained to provide necessary supplies and services per defined scopes of work and costs
Develop and manage site financials and controls budgets/targets
Prepare monthly site variance and forecast reports
Ensure that the site is well maintained and reflects a quality building image
Provide coaching, mentoring and career planning for direct reports
REQUIREMENTS
Engineering knowledge (Industrial, Civil or Mechanical)
Minimum of five years industry experience in facilities management, preferably in a corporate, manufacturing environment, consultant or a third-party service provider
Ability to manage diverse range of service providers and Client representatives
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis
Working knowledge of OSHA Regulations
Proven capacity to understand and interpret commercial contracts
Capacity to deal with ambiguity and address complex problems
Core financial, technical, engineering or building management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
