Mission:
Lead the deployment of the technical group for Reliability Support Services across the nation. Coach, train and implement reliability best practices for our clients. As a consulting company, LCE provides these services as an extension of our Reliability Excellence approach to help our clients realize bottom line improvement through equipment and facility reliability.

Job Description:
Engineering analysis and evaluation of maintenance programs
Development and management of performance indicators
Consults with customers regarding continuous improvement activities including RCM Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma principles
Supervision of Reliability Support Services staff

REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements:
Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering Degree
Possess Certified Facility Manager or Professional Engineer designation
6 years experience in facility maintenance management, information management systems, and project management
Active security clearance Secret or above
Knowledge of architectural/structural/mechanical/electrical processes, system operations, and maintenance
Knowledge of building codes, OSHA, ADA, NFP, JCAHO, environmental and other regulations
Working knowledge of CMMS systems and facility condition assessments for commercial and federal facilities
Previous experience with continuous process improvement activities including RCM, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma
Knowledge and experience implementing Predictive Maintenance practices
Well-developed supervisory, excellent customer service and conflict management skills
Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills
Ability to effectively interact and lead highly skilled professionals
Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery requirements
Knowledge of Best Practices for facility maintenance
Available for travel extensively to support world wide client base
Knowledge of federal government facility maintenance practices
Membership in professional associations such as SMRP, IFMA, AFE, SAME are a plus
