We seek this excellence-driven team player to be part of the team at our corporate office in Columbia, MD. There you will ensure facilities maintenance, handling everything from vendor machine issues to space planning and moves.

In this key function, you will:

• Act as primary contact with the building landlord and service vendors

• Ensure the satisfaction of maintenance issues and office equipment/supplies requirements

• Assist with large office moves

• Oversee construction projects while handling basic office repairs and functions such as picture/whiteboard hanging

• Perform space planning and cubicle design

• Manage security access cards

• Provide mailroom support and perform other duties as needed

As our successful candidate, you possess 1-3 years of facilities experience, plus skills in MS Excel and Systems furniture design. Our favored applicant has experience with Computer Aided Drafting (CAD).
