Environmental Health and Safety Manager

We are currently seeking a Environmental Health and Safety Manager who will be responsible for assisting and/or conducting in reviews of affiliated laboratory operations to evaluate and ensure compliance with established guidelines and procedures related to Safety and Compliance programs, providing training and technical guidance to all laboratories as needed regarding established Corporate Safety and Compliance guidelines and procedures, assisting laboratories in the CAP and/or CLIA inspections both on-site and internal review of laboratory self-inspection via the specific laboratory manager as well as performing variety of duties not listed but to be determined and assigned as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements for success are but not limited to: Bachelor’s degree, 2-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, enforcement of EH & S policy and procedures, knowledge of related local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations pertaining to safety, health, and environmental protection, developing and conducting effective laboratory safety training programs, excellent communication skills, compiling technical data and preparing technical and analytical reports.
