Energy Management Systems Analyst

Overview:Energy Management Systems Analyst support Call Center Manager in the daily operations of the Facility Management Department's 24 hour Service Call Center.

Key Responsibilities :
Operating the Macy's East Energy Management Systems. Being able to understand the systems and how their operation impact the stores.
Responsible for performing the lighting and HVAC schedules for one day sales, inventory days, and special requests received from the
store operations managers.
File all schedule change requests and determine the energy consumption associated with the requests.
Check for lighting and fan overrides everyday. If any unauthorized overrides are programmed, inform the Call Center Manager.
Monitor store temperatures at least twice a day and identify trouble spots due to ongoing hot or cold complaints.
Check Chilled water system during summer season and inform field engineer if any abnormal parameters exist:
Collect weekly KWH data and support Energy Services Manager In preparation of weekly KWH report.
Review and analyze the overnight electricity load profiles. Be able to recognize and interpret abnormalities.
Answer trouble calls from stores and take necessary action according to Engineering procedures and policies.
Dispatch outside service provider as directed by Call Center Manager.

Skills Summary:Strong customer service skills

Technical or engineering background a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)
