Electrical Controls Engineer

Responsible for providing program management support for outsourced manufacturing supplier relationships. Develop and execute supply strategy for key suppliers. Execute negotiations with key suppliers, cost, terms, initiatives. Apply consistent contractual terms and conditions across the supply network. Conduct supplier performance evaluations with corrective action requirements and productivity targets. Execute methodologies for assuring appropriate supplier load balancing. Take leadership position to drive new supplier development and total cost model development. REQUIREMENTS


5-10 years broad business experience with program management, operations management and supply management leadership assignments. BS, MBA preferred. Global suply management with focus in Asia. Must speak Japanese.
