Coordinates, leads, supervises, monitors and controls the human and physical resources of the department. Works to proactively correct discrepancies and improve current practices. Interacts with all Supervisors in the achievement of departmental and organizational goals. REQUIREMENTS
Preferred Qualifications: Three years experience in a leadership position of Environmental Services in an acute care hospital or other healthcare setting. Knowledge of computer word processing and spreadsheets. Proficiency in JCAHO, Title 22 and other regulatory requirements with ability to translate into practice. Associate of Science Degree.
