District Maintenance Supervisor - Dallas

The District Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for conducting on-site inspections, completing mechanical and custodial audits for each location, opening work orders and following up on the status of all work being performed in their assigned district. Overnight travel is required. Also responsible for following up with outside vendors to ensure all work is completed on time and to the satisfaction of our client. Develop positive working relationships with store managers in order to proactively address maintenance and custodial issues that arise in each store.
REQUIREMENTS
Must possess good working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems. Minimum 5 years' experience in building maintenance management is required. Multi-unit experience is highly desirable. Must be able to balance multiple priorities and work without direct supervision. We require superior customer service skills and the ability to work within strict timelines. Computer literacy is also a requirement; experience with CMMS systems is a plus.
