Property: 276 - ConcourseThe Director of Property Management of approximately 3 million sf of Class A properties at Concourse in Perimeter area and Pinnacle/Two Live Oak in Buckhead: Assures that all properties within assigned projects are managed to a level consistent with owners' goals and objectives, and in accordance with Cousins Properties' policies and procedures.Job Summary:
Assures that management practices are consistent throughout portfolio; that management processes are revised and enhanced to achieve maximum service levels and reduce costs whenever practicable. Provides management oversight and support for senior property managers and directors of engineering. Director is responsible for the overall performance, compliance, and smooth operations of: Accounting and Reporting Administration Insurance Operations, Maintenance and Life Safety Security Tenant Relations Human Resources AdministrationMinimum

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Demonstrated ability to work well with others and interact positively with customers Demonstrated excellent communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor with an engaging personality Detail-oriented and well organized Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple personnel and projects efficiently to achieve the required results Experience Requirements: Minimum of ten years of leadership experience required A minimum of ten years' experience managing a large class A commercial office properties, including some experience managing multi-project assignments Must demonstrate a thorough understanding of all facets of real estate management and leasing Proficient use of computer application programs is required Understanding and some experience with financial modeling programs required (e.g., Argus) 3rd-party management experience required Demonstrated success at development and management of multi-million dollar budgets required A bachelor's degree from a certified college or university and a valid driver's license are required Professional designation preferred Must obtain a real estate license if required by law Requires the ability to fluently speak, read and write in English Must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
