Director of Housekeeping

Embassy Suites Tampa Airport is looking for a detail-oriented housekeeping professional to join our management team.

Our priorities for this position include extreme cleanliness standards, and an equal emphasis on employee development and satisfaction.

The individual selected for this position will be responsible to hire, develop and schedule between 15-20 full and part-time housekeekpers. Other duties will include completion of inventory control, lost and found and other duties as part of the hotel's management team.
REQUIREMENTS
*A minimum of 2 years Housekeeping management experience in a full-service hotel or hospital
*Experience supervising a commercial laundry facility strongly preferred
*Demonstrated experience in managing a diverse workforce
*Up to date knowledge of OSHA requirements
*Fluency in Spanish a plus
