Director, Plant Operations

Shift: Day shift Bachelors degree is requiredThe Hunterdon Healthcare System has launched a search to select a new Director to lead the Plant Operations/Maintenance Department. The Director will establish goals, objectives and is responsible for the efficient management of a 400,000 sq. ft. hospital with satellite facilities. The new Director will supervise the maintenance and service of utilities such as light, heat, air conditioning, water, sewage system, and power. The successful candidate must have at least five years of facilities management and construction experience, preferably in a hospital setting. The candidate will have strong fiscal management, performance improvement, planning and staffing skills. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field is required.
