If this is what you are looking for then we are selectively screening individuals for our role as Property Manager to lead our 200+ unit apartment complex next to KU. The PM will create & implement an aggressive, creative marketing plan that will showcase our community while driving occupancy & rent growth. One will also be responsible for the leadership and development of our office staff (Assistant Manager, Leasing Consultants). Our PM's are very hands on and cannot hide in their office all day. The PM will also be responsible for the overall fiscal health of the property to include high occupancy, strong collections with minimal delinquencies, and aggressive rent growth while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.This is a high profile community within our portfolio and provides an opportunity for an individual to build a companywide reputation as a top notch manager.
REQUIREMENTS
The qualified individual will have five solid years Property Management experience required with a proven track record of high occupancy with strong revenue growth. One must possess strong decision making, customer service, leadership, and communication skills with students, parents, & staff.
