You will effectively take facility, conference center, environmental, and furniture, fixtures and equipment work requests and other information over the phone, fax, computer etc. Then pass the information to the proper personnel formally authorizing timely action so that customer requirements are properly satisfied. Initial contact for the Real Estate & Development department. Provide weekly schedules which may include hour to hour scheduling. Provides weekly & monthly reports of work order activity and auditing of open work orders. Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma
Ability to process and coordinate for multiple service groups within the company. These groups include but are not limited to: Maintenance, Office Furniture Services, AV Technical Services, Telecom & Security. Need good customer service, ability to multi-task, computer savvy, able to prioritize, and have good follow through. Must be proficient using Excel.
Must be able to pass a 7 year felony and misdemeanor background check.
