(2 positions available) Hours of work:
Mon-Fri 4:30pm to 1:00am & Wed-Sat 4:30pm to 3:00am. Responsible for the care, cleaning & routine maintenance of an assigned county-owned, occupied building or work area. At least six months previous exp as a custodian or in building maintenance. Commercial janitorial exp desirable. Satisfactory physical condition as determined by a County-approved physical examination and passing a Washington State Patrol background investigation is required. Must possess and maintain a valid Washington State Driver's license and a Class IV Boiler Operations License. Certain positions in this class may be required to obtain licenses req'd by regulations, including but not limited to the State Asbestos Worker Certification. Employees are subject to 24-hour on call availability and must be able to work any shift at any location as required.
