The Compliance Guard reports directly to the Compliance Manager and is responsible for managing access to the facility and performing acceptance functions for incoming waste. The essential elements of the position include, but are not limited to;

1.Controls access to facility.
2.Log in and log out shipments.
3.Reviews and checks manifests and LDR’s.
4.Scans manifests.
5.Bursts manifests and distributes copies.
6.Filing and paperwork management.
7.Answers Telephone.
8.Manages incoming Compliance Mail.
9.Receives and manages UPS and Fed-ex packages.
10.Performs other assignments as assigned by management

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
·High school diploma or equivalent required

COMPETENCIES:
·Strong communication skills
·Able to work with limited supervision

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Always requires sitting, acuity, speaking and listening
Frequently requires standing, grasping and reaching
Occasionally requires walking, stooping and crouching
May occasionally require lifting, pulling and/or pushing or carrying up to 20 lbs.
