Commercial Property Manager

A local Mortgage Banking firm is searching for a Marketing Coordinator to work hand in hand with the President in creating marketing strategies for this growing company. Around for almost 50 years, this firm is looking for a self-starter who can hit the ground running by creating media plans, liaising with ad agencies, and coordinating philanthropic efforts with various community organizations. It is important that this individual be comfortable negotiating contracts with vendors and be able to represent the company at various public functions. A creative eye and a love of marketing are musts! In addition, experience designing collateral packages and maintaining a website is a plus.
REQUIREMENTS
-3+ years working in a marketing capacity.
-Degree in Marketing, PR, or related field of business is preferred.
-Solid business sense.
-Microsoft Office Suite.
-Adobe softwares are preferred, but not required.
