Commercial Leasing Representative

Leasing Representative needed for regional office in Evansville, IN of national resturant chain. Territory includes Indiana and Kentucky.Responsibilities include:--New store openings and existing store reconstruction and relocation
--Coordinating store openings
--Construction and facilities assistance
--Store inspections based on local, state, and federal regulations
--Site Reviews and approvals
--Market Research analysis
--Lease negotiations and re-negotiations
REQUIREMENTS
--5 years of commercial property leasing experience; food/hospitality industry preferred
--High school diploma/equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's in Business required
--Commercial lease negotiation experience
--Excellent attention to detail, knowledge of commercial property regulations
--Willingness to travel (approx. 25% or less)
--Computer proficiency, communication skill, excellent public presentation abilityCOMPENSATION
$35,000 - 45,000 base + bonus
