CLINICAL LIAISON - Long-Term Care Facilities in Denver area

SunBridge Healthcare Corporation seeks results-driven Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to assist with the Admissions process and further business development in the Denver, Co area. This is a Hospital-Community based position working closely with Sable Care Center (Aurora, CO), Bear Creek Nursing & Rehabilitation Center (Morrison, CO) and Elms Haven Care Center (Thornton, CO).

Job Requirements

You must be an RN or LPN. The successful candidate will have two or more years Long-term Care experience within the last 5 years, excellent patient assessment skills, the ability to travel frequently between Denver area hospitals, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Prior sales experience is a plus. A Colorado nursing license or eligibility for CO nursing licensure is required.
