Building Facilities and Maintenance

Purpose: Building Facilities and Maintenance PURPOSE OF JOB: Provide technical support, facility and equipment maintenance and repairs, and proper operating building services utilized in the day-to-day operations.

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: Installation, repair and maintenance of buildings, services and equipment of expanding facilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Electrical/Low voltage maintenance
Basic Carpentry
Basic Plumbing

SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Vacuum pump maintenance
A/C Repair
Boiler maintenance
Freezer maintenance

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Experience: Five plus years of experience in facilities maintenance.

Specific Skills: Mechanical and Maintenance Background
Team Oriented
Self-Motivated

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT: Able to lift 50 lbs. Willing to work with and around hazardous materials. Willing to work on roof of buildings for repairs
