Assistant to Vice President - Director National Operations

Seeking an experienced professional in the parking industry with airport and/or off-airport parking experience an added +. Project management and strategic planning are an important part of this position. Works with VP – Director National Operations to insure implementation and execution of Operations policies and procedures. Identifies opportunities to increase efficiencies and reduce expenditures. Institutes and implements new programs, policies and procedures. - Enforces company directives. Executes projects assigned by VP – Director National Operations. Performs other job related assignments as required.
REQUIREMENTS


Parking industry experience mandatory. Strong leadership, organizational and motivational skills. Excellent project management skills. Demonstrated ability to implement and execute training programs. Self-starter, who can manage projects and priorities with little supervision. College Degree. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer literate. Willingness to travel. Self-motivated and possessing a results-oriented attitude. Parking industry experience required (airport and/or off-airport parking experience is a+++). Company conducts a complete background check (credit, criminal, DMV, drug, physical, etc.) Compensation is commensurate with experience.
