Property: 224 - Bank of America PlazaJob Summary:Assists in planning, organizing, and controlling administration, operations, and fiscal management of the property. Assists Senior Property Manager and Property Manager in overseeing operations and maintenance; life safety; property appearance; human resource administration; lease administration; accounting and finance; tenant relations; janitorial, landscaping and other contractual services. The individual may need to lift up to 20 pounds.Specific vision abilities required by this job include color visionManagement Requirements:Must have some experience in administration and management of resources.Education and Experience:At least three years of property management experience.Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is necessary. JD Edwards experience a plus.A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are required. Some college experience preferred.Must work towards and obtain a professional designation within four years of employment.Must obtain a real estate license if required by law.Language Skills: The position requires the ability to read and write English. Conversational Spanish skills would be a plus for this position.Reasoning Ability: The incumbent must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
