Assistant Manager - Off Airport Parking Facility

Position Summary:Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a facility.

Key Responsibilities:

•Oversee the physical condition and appearance for the facility.
•Responsible for monitoring the performance of employees within a shift to assure prompt attendance, completion of duties.
•Trains employees to perform their specific responsibilities.
•Completes assigned projects relating to operational improvements, maintenance and shuttle repair.
•Assures that all employees, on a particular shift, follow all company policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook.
•Complete weekly shift schedules for all employees.
•Other duties as assigned by General Manager.


Salary:Up to $39,000 annually

Shift:Sunday through Thursday – 3:00 – 11:00 PM

REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

•A four-year college degree or associates degree with more than five years experience as a Supervisor.
•Ability to work a varied and flexible schedule.
•Ability to prioritize work.
•Excellent communication (verbal / written) and interpersonal skills.
•Computer skills (Word / Excel).
•Strong analytical skills to gather and summarize data for reports.
•Willing to relocate if needed.
