Located in Central Pennsylvania CGL Engineering, Inc. is seeking a high caliber individual with strong facility management skills to assist in the management of a 135,000 square foot institutional facility. As Assistant Facility Manager you will assist in the space planning; HVAC; energy analysis; boilers; chillers; office modifications; roofing inspections; capital improvement planning for 1, 3, 5, and 10 years; janitorial services; staffing, supervision; customer service; data analysis; and the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). You will implement policies and procedures for project management of repair and construction projects, facility maintenance of County Facilities.
