Assistant Commercial Property Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Commercial Property Manager in the Skokie area. Responsibilities include:

-Maintain contact with tenants, guests and contractors
-Process tenant requests and work orders
-Assist with coordinating building work, janitorial services and building engineer needs
-Maintain security guard records
-Process daily mail delivery and courier services
-Coordinate tenant move in and move out activity
-Review and process invoices for operating expenses
-Contact tenants for collection of delinquent payments
-Maintain tenant abstract sheets
-Program and maintain key card access system
-Assist with special event planning
REQUIREMENTS
