Nursefinders, a national provider of health care staffing for over 30 years, is currently Account Manager / Subcontractor Liasion (Admin Assistant) for our Los Angeles Staffing office. This is an opportunity for you to use your expertise to rapidly advance & grow with an excellent Company.

Our Account Managers are the liasions between our Nurse Subcontracters and our Clinical team. The right candidate will be assisting in the growth of a well established staffing office by reviewing Nurse profiles, setting up phone interviews, and gathering information for / hiring Nursing Professionals. Our Account Managers develop and nurture relationships with our Nurse Clients, while maintaining Nursefinders ongoing staffing reputation for only accepting the highest in quality and care for our employees and clients.

Requirements for this position:

We’re not only interested in what you have done but what you are capable of doing. This special individual needs to be compassionate to the needs of our employees, while being strong at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. This person must be a motivated self-starter who can work independently. Experience with interviewing, and qualifying applicants is a plus.

Only candidates with professional phone etiquette, and at least 2 years of proven detail oriented customer service experience within the last 3 years will be considered. Candidates with inside sales experience and "outside the box" thinking are highly desired.
