ACCOUNT MANAGER

Diversco Holdings Incorporated has an immediate need for an Account Manager for its Cleaning and Facilities Maintenance contract at a large Industrial facility in the San Antonio area. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to manage and direct this business. Successful candidate must be:

·Proficient in managing diverse levels of personnel
·Detail Oriented
·Organized and able to function with minimum of supervision
·Able to multi task
·Able to manage budgets and expenses
·Follow-up oriented
REQUIREMENTS
Service Industry management experience is not required but will be considered a plus. Knowledge of carpet and floor care, safety and bi-lingual capability are assets. Three to five years experience in management/supervision is required.
