Sales Estimator Review bid specifications & blueprints in order to prepare estimating spreadsheets and bid pkgs, able to quantify landscape inventories in the field, perform quantity take-offs, commercial maintenance (mgmt) landscaping exp a must. 5+ yrs exp preparing bid pkgs, exlnt communcation & math skills, knowledge of MS Ofc, Sage Timberline a plus. Area Supervisors Strong manager & leadership skills, 5+ yrs exp in commercial landscape, valid AZ drivers license with clean MVR record, ability to obtain certification by AZ Structural Pest Control Commission, knowledge of MS Office. Spray Manager SPCC certified in Weed and ROW and TNO, 3+ yrs exp in chemical application, strong comm skills, exlnt leadership skills, valid AZ DL w/ clean MVR, knowledge of MS Ofc. Previous managerial exp req. Crew Leaders Ability to give direction and demonstrate leadership, 3+ yrs exp in commercial landscape, valid AZ DL with clean MVR, & strong comm skills. Foreman $1000 SIGNING BONUS Wage DOE, expert in all aspects of commercial landscape. Must be able to speak, read, write in English. 2+ yrs exp in leading commercial landscape crews. Must have practical work exp with irrigation installation and landscaping equip.
