3rd Shift Sanitation Supervisor

An opportunity exists for a strong, self-starting Team Member to take a key leadership role within our Plant. This hands on leader must drive for perfection in safety, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, and demonstrate the ability to lead team-based continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess:

--- Experience working in the food industry;
--- An excellent ability to problem-solve and initiate solutions to completion;
--- A demonstrated track record, showing manufacturing and leadership expertise with a minimum of five years experience motivating teams and connecting with Team Members to drive results;
--- The ability to develop a high performance team and individual team members, creating a unique environment capable of supporting growth; and
--- Bilingual skills, Spanish/English.
