Philips is hiring a Zone Vice President. This leadership position is an incredible opportunity to showcase your proven ability to manage and mentor a sales team. This zone is a growth market for all modalities in the Philips Medical Systems portfolio. We are looking for a strong leader with a proven track record of leading a team and exceeding sales goals. This is one of our top zones in the country with an uncapped income potential for a strong sales leader.
As a Zone Vice President (ZVP) you will manage and lead the sales organization, this includes:
Leading & motivating a sales team to deliver on their targets
Achievement of orders budget
Driving revenue budget
Managing expense budget
Managing price realization and product margins
You will partner with you service counterparts in the zone to deliver financial goals, customer and employee satisfaction and provide feedback to the senior management team.

This position requires proven management experience in a sales environment with a proven track record of delivering on a multi million dollar AOP target. A leader who can demonstrate past leadership and mentoring skills. Someone with experience tracking the competition and ensuring that the sales organization is structured to take advantage of market opportunities to achieve sales goals.
