Description:


The primary thrust of this position is to lead the North American Client Sales and Service organization for the company with a specific focus on our Strategic and Growth Accounts customers. Key metrics for success include managing, training and optimizing a team of eight sales and service staff members and resources. This role involves coaching, collaboration, and most importantly the ability to build and implement new sustainable account management practices which yield increased retention and enrichment rates with our existing US customer base.

Core job functions include:
• Partner with the Senior Vice President of North American Sales in the development, implementation, and measurement of the sales and service processes for the Strategic and Growth client account teams in support of the overall North American sales goals.
• Manage the day-to-day activities and operations for executing on the processes and strategies defined for supporting and growing the Strategic and Growth Account client account base.
• Actively participate in selling support activities, either on the road or via phone, with all sales and service team members.
• Manage the training, coaching, and performance for all individuals within the Strategic and Growth Account client account team.
• Provide monthly, quarterly and yearly progress of activities and operations for the Strategic and Growth SMB Account client account teams to Management Team.
• Responsible for maintaining, forecasting, reporting and attainment of monthly, quarterly and yearly quota goals for the Strategic and Growth client account teams.
• Participate in corporate meetings and tasks forces as needed in support of furthering the understanding of clients’ needs.


Requirements:


Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 8+ years sales management experience
• Ability to manage a group of 8 to 10 sales professionals
• Excellent oral and written skills
• Strong coaching and training skills
• Understanding of the Information Technology & Communications Industry
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently as well as in a team environment
• Highly motivated and able to thrive in a quota driven environment
• Strong computer proficiency (Power Point & Excel)
• Excellent inter-personal and inter-departmental skills
• The ability to travel is required for this position
