Vice President of Operations/COO Community Living Services, Inc., a leading human service organization providing support to over 2500 persons with developmental disabilities, seeks experienced professional to assume the vital role of Vice President of Operations/COO. Bachelor's degree and five years senior management experience in a governmental agency/ private community based mental health program; Master's degree and experience serving persons with developmental disabilities in a self determination environment preferred. Responsibilities include corporate strategic planning; design, oversight and implementation of Person Centered Planning and Self-Determination initiatives; advancing individual budgeting, personal community living arrangements and employment for Persons served; also provides leadership and direction to five operational divisions.
