Vice President of Marketing

Responsibilities

Lincoln Investment Planning, Inc., a dynamic, full-service broker/dealer in the retirement planning marketplace is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to provide the strategic direction of Lincoln’s marketing and product development. The VP will use classic marketing skills to support Lincoln’s products and services, and establish and maintain Lincoln’s brand image.

Reporting to the President, the VP of Marketing will define the strategic marketing vision, manage the day-to-day execution of tactical activities to meet goals and track critical success indicators. As a key member of the executive team, the successful candidate will partner with company leaders to identify potential threats or areas of opportunity for the company. We are looking for a seasoned marketing professional to provide strategic leadership and who is willing to roll up their sleeves to make it happen!

REQUIREMENTS
• Experience developing and implementing marketing strategy with specific focus on financial services
• At least 10 year of previous experience within the financial services industry with a focus on sales and marketing
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
• NASD Series 6 or 7 and 26 or 24 registrations required
• Proven experience managing and leading a team
• CFP designation preferred
