Description:

The Vice President for Human Resources is responsible for establishing the strategic direction for human resources and leads the development and implementation of an HR structure and set of programs in support of vision, mission and values. He/she will monitor progress over time in order to maintain alliance of HR programs with strategy and goals; will build a strong HR team that can work within the context of a global, decentralized organization with a geographically dispersed staff; and will work across programmatic and geographic lines to provide the company with effective HR programs, practices, policies and systems. The VP will work closely with senior management and other staff to instill an organizational commitment to values; to comply with HR-related laws and regulations; to attract, develop and retain the best human talent, including the development of future leaders; and to capture and share the organization’s intellectual capital. He/she serves as a senior level advisor on HR issues.





Requirements:

Masters degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field

REQUIRED SKILLS & CAPABILITIES:

Recognized leader in the field of Human Resources.

Ten or more years of HR leadership and manaement experience, preferably in a non profit setting.

Strong understanding and experince regarding HR management worldwide.


YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 10
