Fashion such as Giorgio Armani.We are coming on the fast track to expanding the business ultimately to 1,000 locations worldwide. We are looking to build a team of individual with innovative ideas and who are passionate about life. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an eventual Fortune 500 company. These members will form the executive arm of the company and will oversee the field employees.The VP of Employee Development will have the specific job duties to include the following:Develop creative recruitment tactics
Carry out the recruitment of field employees
Hold in house "Job Fairs" to attract new employees
Maintain and update employee handbooks
Perform background checks on potential employees
Carry out employee recurring training at our Painting University
Perform employee "on the job" spot checks.
Carry out evaluations of employees
Maintain compliance of employee personnel records
Plan Administrator for healthy insurance plans
Maintain compliance with Federal and State employment regulations
Prepare weekly payroll for employees
Administer Workers' Compensation insuranceThis position starts at $40,000.00 per year and jumps to $75,000.00 six months from the start date if the tasks are accomplished.

REQUIREMENTS
Position requires a candidate who has experience in Human Resources responsibilities, but also has the aptitude to learn the skill set required for this fast track growing company.Able to take a project and handle it without being micro-managed.
Must be well versed, ethics, morales and loyalty is very important. Looking for a very long-term opportunity.
Willing to learn the painting trade, set up recruitment systems, take people with no experience and turn them into professional painters by putting them into the Company's Painting University.
Experience of the above required.
Computer literate on Microsoft Office.Salary starting at $40k and after a 6 month initiation and training with go to $75k if all skill sets are accomplished.
