Vice President, Sales PBM

Niche player in Pharmacy Benefits Management seeks a Vice President, Sales experienced in managing Company's total Sales and Marketing functions .
The products are sold almost exclusively via brokers and other third-parties requiring constant interaction with key parties in the Group Health Broker and TPA community.
Target accounts are employer groups ranging in size from 50 - 5,000 lives , and public sector accounts .
The compensation plan includes a salary , ranging from $125,000- $150,000 , plus incentives that should bring the total income potential to over $200,000.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate for this position has a Bachelor's Degree (Master’s Degree preferred), at least three - five years experience as a Sales Director in the Business Development side of the Managed Care Industry , with STRONG preference for the Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) market .

Knowledgeable Professionals who have similar success in the Vision, Dental, or other carve-out areas of employee benefits, will also be strongly considered.
Candidates with strong relationships in the New Jersey- Broker and Agent markets, and currently working for a major HMO/PPO/MCO are also considered to be viable.
Strong knowledge of trends in Health Care Delivery is important. Outstanding communications, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as a professional image/presence are also essential.
