Vice President IT Infrastructure

Management of the relationship with the infrastructure service provider(s) to ensure that:

Aon’s relationship objectives (financial, value, service etc) are achieved

service delivery targets are achieved

customer satisfaction targets are achieved

financial targets are achieved
and where issues arise appropriate corrective actions are taken.

Oversee delivery of outsourced services including Service Level Agreement management (development, monitoring), service issue resolution, new requirements introduction, and delivery acceptance.

Ensures productive relationships and clear communications between service provider(s) and Aon businesses

Ensures that the commercial and financial aspects of the relationship with the service provider(s) are tightly managed to minimize risk and maximize commercial / financial benefits to Aon.

Responsible for the infrastructure budget related to the outsourcing contract and infrastructure services retained organization including internal budget development and reporting, and contract cost monitoring and reporting.

Establishment and operation of formal and effective supplier governance procedures

Ensures compliance with Aon IT security policies and procedures by outsourcer by working with Aon US IT Risk Management

Provides direction to retained IT Infrastructure team.

Collaboration with members of Aon IT management team.SKILLS

Considerable commercial/business acumen supported by a sound awareness of finance and contractual matters.

Proactive and creative - able to anticipate issues and identify areas for improvement. Strong sense of accountability.

Good negotiation skills. Ability to manage and influence others within a complex organization (Aon IT, Aon non-IT, retained IT, service provider)

7 - 10 + years experience in IT leadership roles
