Walker Information is the worldwide leader in customer loyalty management. We are currently looking for a seasoned professional to handle our growth in research and consulting services. This person will interact with senior executives and managers at our client locations, providing advice and guidance on how to use the voice of the customer as a key input to their business planning. This person will also interact with project teams within Walker Information, ensuring the successful development and implementation of programs that meet client needs.
Responsibilities Include:Design, plan, and manage exploratory and qualitative research initiatives, including: Reviewing documentation on industry trends and client artifacts to understand the client’s business; Conducting in-person or telephone interviews with senior management; Developing recommendations, findings, and future plan for managing customer loyalty.
Design, plan, and manage quantitative research initiatives, including: Leading a collaborative effort with client and internal team on research design; Interpreting and reporting research findings and making final presentations to client; Linking results to business metrics and estimating the ROI for improvement initiatives; Facilitating client action-planning and/or deployment activities.
Utilization of the Walker SmartLoyalty System® to maximize familiarity with the research information.
Management and growth of client relationships, including development of new business opportunities.
Mentor fellow associates.

REQUIREMENTS
Background and Experience Should Include:BA/BS in business, marketing, economics or engineering; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10+ years business experience managing multiple projects from conception to completion. Preference given to experience technology, telecommunications, consulting or in market research.
7+ years experience in client relationship management, business development or strategic planning.
Experience consulting on business plans, research findings and business implications.
Effective negotiation skills.
Strong quantitative abilities business performance metrics and statistics.Technically proficient; ability to learn, apply, and leverage technical solutions.
Proven leader, ability to motivate and delegate.
Strong desire to learn and advance career.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Availability and willingness to travel (25% minimum), including international (passport required).
