Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Accountable for the quota attainment of company sales revenue objectives.
· Responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing plans and strategies.
· Directs and coordinates personnel resources to attain sales goals and objectives.
· Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine sales and marketing progress toward stated goals and objectives.
· Confers with chief executive officer and other administrative personnel to review achievements and discuss required changes in goals or objectives.
· Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training sales personnel; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
· Serves as key member of executive management team.

REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:
· A minimum of ten years of successful business development or sales management experience within the network, security, consulting, or data center hosting services arena.
· Previous experience penetrating mid-market and emerging large customers within the Central Florida region to achieve strong, productive and lasting relationships.
· Proven track record of exceeding aggressive sales quotas
· Strong value-added solution selling skills
· Goal oriented, high energy with strong values
· Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms
· Strong management skills in prospecting, cold calling and negotiation
· Successful participation in entrepreneurial/start-up organizations.
· Bachelors degree in Business, MIS, or Technology-related field required
· MBA or other graduate-level degree preferred.
· Travel within assigned territory is required.
