Position Summary:

Executive position reporting to the CEO
Improve operations by defining production quality and delivery standards; implementing performance measures, policies and programs; developing and implementing performance measurement indicators; promoting a culture of quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure innovative ways of doing business; analyzing and enhancing company’s systems, procedures, processes and programs.
Develop plans, budgets, forecasts and provides financial results by forecasting requirements; preparing budgets; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions; preparing economic studies and forecasts; developing and providing background information; developing and enforcing planning schedules.
Ensure compliance with requirements, contractual obligations, policies and regulations by enforcing adherence to corporate systems, policies and governmental regulations

For the Successful Candidate:

Base salary plus generous quarterly bonus and equity
First year on target earnings up to six figures

REQUIREMENTS
Successful Candidate’s Background:

Payment Processing Operation Management experience a must!
Understanding of front- and back-end operations, Interchange and residual reporting
Extensive contacts in industry among vendors and other ISOs
Must understand financial controls specific to merchant services business
Experience and understanding of merchant portfolio acquisition transactions and integration
History in retail merchant processing required; card-not-present experience is a plus
Extensive understanding of computer systems used in our industry
High energy manager with proven track record of leading others to results
Business Controls understanding related to banking and/or payment processing and an understanding of Credit Card Association Compliance–related issues and reporting
Understanding of “clearing & settlement”, focusing on the day-to-day settlement related to the payment processing industry
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
3+ years experience; 5+ in the banking, financial industry and/or credit card industry a plus
