VP of Operations - Metal Injection Molding

Growing, profitable $3+ billion industrial metal products company seeks
a VP of Operations for a $60 million business unit specializing in metal
injection molding.



The “best fit” candidate for this position will be a “metrics-driven”
operations professional with a proven track record in managing the
production of engineered industrial products such as custom injection
molded or die cast components. A four year degree (preferably in
engineering) is required, and an MBA is preferred. Strong preference will
be given to candidates who’ve had formal training in Lean Manufacturing
and/or Six Sigma and have applied these methodologies in a practical manner
to improve operating results.








The position offers an attractive compensation and benefits package, and
the company will pay for relocation to the Denver, Colorado area.
