Vice President, Technology Sales Support
The department is responsible for using technology to provide programs and tools that will enhance the sales process, increase efficiencies and productivity for the division.
The Vice President, Technology Sales Support focuses on managing and developing technology tools that enhance the sales process, improving productivity and performance.
Primary responsibilities include:

Managing the development of the current and future loan origination systems to ensure the work meets the needs of the sales force, addressing & improving on current workflows.

Prioritizing and coordinating projects with technology groups on all national sales items,
representing Production in these meetings and coordinating additional analysis discussions and meetings with key users in the field.

Conducting meetings with upper management to review, prioritize and obtain approval on new projects.

Drafting and submitting reports & technology requests.

Conducting super-user technology training sessions and monthly live sessions, serving as the go-to for questions and answers with users.
A successful candidate will have:

4-year college degree (Bachelor or equivalent) in Computer Science or related field.

7 to 10 years experience in residential mortgage related industry (Mortgage Banking, S&L, etc.) and information systems.

Knowledge of mortgage origination is highly important for Loan Origination System development processes.

Advanced PC and systems knowledge to include a working knowledge of Windows, web based applications and a PC applications base. Proficiency with Word, Excel, VISIO and PowerPoint is essential.

Specific experience in application design, user interface, business logic and sales automation.

Good written and verbal communication skills.
