VP Process Improvement Manager

Responsibilities: A Global financial institution is in search of a process improvement manager to monitor efficiency and effectiveness of Investment Banking Support Services (IBSS) for the Americas, including business research and presentation services both on- and off-shore, reprographics and office support. This person will measure performance with regard to productivity, quality and customer satisfaction to ensure consistently high utilization and delivery excellence.
