Vice President, Information Technology OptimizationThis position oversees the Bank’s IT technology compliance risk measurement monitoring and monitoring function.Primary Responsibilities Include:

Integrating and managing the coordination of Corporate Compliance Risk Matrix and Card Map IT Risk Management process, thereby ensuring applicable regulations are addressed and associated risks measured/controlled within appropriate business process.

Coordinating/reviewing the Bank's business units' Compliance Risk self-assessments.

Reviewing and assessing internal and external assessments, management responses and remediation plans.

Identifying with Bank IT BUCO's Compliance Key Risk Indicators.

Coordinating and developing Compliance Key Risk Indicator reporting mechanisms with IT Risk Manager and Bank IT BUCO.

Coordinating and reporting on residual IT compliance risk in the organization.

Administering the Bank IT compliance remediation effort.

Reviewing and recommending updates to Bank IT compliance policies and procedures.

Preparing reports on compliance issues for Executive Management and the Board.

Maintaining the functional action plan for Bank IT compliance risk management.

Staying abreast of regulatory compliance and Bank policies.A successful candidate will have:

5+ years experience in the financial services industry.

5+ years experience in bank federal regulatory compliance.

Knowledge of federal regulatory compliance.

Ability to work under pressure.

Ability to work as a member of a team.

Strong verbal/written communication skills.

Excellent organization, analytical and problem solving skills.

PC skills (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Windows, Adobe Acrobat, MS Project).

Accuracy and orientation to detail.The ideal candidate may also possess:

Experience with banking processes.

Knowledge of Core Banking Operations and Systems.

CRCM or other certifications.
